I called and made an automated appt for 2:00 at this location. I arrived 15 min early and signed in through their electronic device. 3 people in the waiting room already. All 3 people were seen before me. I specifically asked one of them if they had a 2:00 appt and she said no. 2 people came in after me. When the technician came out and said she would get to 2 of us "walk-ins" as soon as she took the other gal who had a 2:30 appt since it was now that time, I spoke up and said I had a 2:00 appt and was given by phone a 6 let... read more
