I guess it was my fault. I did not know that they only do drug test up to 1 PM. One thing that really pissed me off is that there was nobody there at three and she could’ve did mine and five minutes. I don’t know why they do this. It’s very bad for business. I went to pull a Karen and I went to try and call corporate. So stupid.

Nobody at the window to help you. Waiting room packed. I was just trying to drop off a test sample and had to make an entire appointment for it because I could not get someone to come to the window. So simple. Just handing in a jug. But you cant find a single soul to speak to that works there.
