Lady at the front desk was extremely rude. She had very poor customer service skills. She shook the sign in my face stating "You didn't read the sign, you need to have your insurance card ready!". I wasn't even sure I was at the right place and that was my initial encounter.
I guess next time I need labs I'll go to the one in Jacksonville to see if the person at the front desk is nicer. I drove far to drop off a lab and the woman at the front desk acted angry, mean, cutting. Questioned the lab order as if I was making it up, even though the doctor's order were in front of her face. Nasty experience in a time when a lab company is not being used for fun, but for a serious illness. The last thing I need is someone mean at the front desk.
