after a slick sales pitch (should have been the first red flag) installation of solar, mini split and electrical panel... electrical panel breakers kept tripping, mini split system still 3+ years later leaks coolent and each time refilled lasts for about 6 weeks, solar installation caused a roof leak that they would never address. had to call in another company to fix the a/c as the original sub contractor was out of business... if you deal with these folks you're as foolish as i was and you deserve what you get.
No good dont call terrible company does not return calls go somewhere else
Well we have now had two projects completed with SolReliable our solar system and our attic installation. Nir, Alina, Andy have been fantastic everything from discussion of options to the planning to completing the paperwork for local state rebates were handle in the most timely manner. The installation of both were completed in a professional manner with clean and neat work environments. Let's see if once they read this message they will actually call me. Back in June of 2016 I got an AC system for the house and last year it broke during the month of August and then they came "fixed it" then this year once again it will not cool the house. We have called several times but yet no replay since back in August;FYI I already spoke to Adam like 3 times and nothing has been done. Go to another company thats reliable
Mr Stravos gave us excellent customer service. Answered all our questions and was always available when we needed him. We have never worked with someone who delivered the work that was actually promised to us. We have worked with other companies and they have always seem to promise more than they can deliver, but not Stravos and this company. Thank you for such excellent service Stravos.
