I have a couple of problems with the office, but I will focus on billing today. My wife started visiting Soloway after her regular person retired and it has been a mixed bag since. My issue is that currently every time she visits the office, I receive a claim from my HSA when she has her own she pays with. When trying to find out why and get it rectified their biller was not returning calls. Great place. Has it all
Dr. Poole moved here, so I went to see him again. He is the BEST CHIRO I HAVE EVER SEEN. And I’ve been to a lot them. I was so worried when I saw his building was closed, but am so glad he’s still practicing and just moved. He is very patient with me letting me share everything that’s going on. And doesn’t just crack my neck. In fact, I don’t think he’s ever cracked my neck because he can tell my body isn’t ready for it.
