Excellent service and delightful customer experience. I felt very welcomed and well taken care of.
Took my daughter to this clinic for a strep test. We are active duty military and utilize tricare for insurance. Tricare paid the set amount, yet the clinic is illegally trying to backbill for a remaining amount that they want to charge of $464.43. Numerous calls with this clinic, billing and tricare, yet we continue to receive bills from creditors. Super frustrated with this clinic, they’re accounting and billing staff. Further calls result in a ‘busy signal’, the number on the billing statement rings 2x and hangs up.
First time going to urgent care at this facility and asked for my ID back mid check in to go somewhere else due to the rude staff.
Urgent care not open during advertised hours. Not a great time to waste a trip driving around
