He really understands sports recovery and how the body moves. Whether you need a deep tissue massage for chronic pain or just want to improve your performance, Anthony is the guy to see. This was my first sports massage and it was phenomenal ! I had a bunch of questions going in, and Anthony took the time to explain everything in a way that made me feel super comfortable and confident in his expertise. Within the first five minutes, I knew I was going to sign up for a package—and I did! The massage itself was incredible, and I learned a lot in the process. 10/10 Highly recommend…thank me later 😉!
