I cannot say enough good things about the Solon Care Center. They took care of my mother with grace and compassion. The management, the care givers, the nurses, the reception were all wonderful. Our family will always be grateful.
Housekeeping isn't very good in my experience. They have been through 4 housekeepers since I started 2 months ago. I was fired for an unjust reason. The 3 reasons they gave were minor at best and I was never warned about my behavior. I heard nothing but good things then all the sudden I am fired. No write up nothing. Blindside firing. As someone who lives paycheck to paycheck this is stressful. I was getting complimented for my work throughout my experience. Just to get fired out of the blue.
