We have been coming here for three years now. It is an awesome place to stay and watch nature. You simply bring you the food that you’re going to cook and eat and everything else is provided by the owners. We have made this in an annual family retreat and reunion spot. We are able to view otter, eagle osprey, and loons their natural environment. We can’t wait until we’re lucky enough to revisit the lodge.
We just stayed at the Lodge for a long weekend and had the most incredible time! There were 5 adults, 2 small kids, and a newborn -- and plenty of room for all of us! Charity gave us a great tour so we understood where everything was in the house and how to make the most of our stay. The kitchen was stocked with all the essentials, the beds were super comfortable, and the curtains were black out. The game room was a big hit with the kids and grown ups alike. We will definitely be back!
We recently stayed at Solon Eagle Lodge for our wedding weekend, and it was absolutely perfect! The lodge is even more beautiful than the pictures, with breathtaking views of the sunrise, sunset, and stars. The house had everything we needed and more—our wedding party and family were blown away. The game room was a huge hit, endless entertainment for everyone! We rented the house for a weekend annual golf trip and could not have picked a better place! Starting with the walk thru at check-in with Charity, she really made it feel like home and welcomed. The garage/bonus room was unbeatable. The outdoor grill/flat top was really nice especially cooking for a large group while enjoying the views of the lake. We had an awesome weekend!!
An amazing venue. My family has vacationed in the Solon Springs area for many years visiting family. This year we had our family vacation here and from the minute we met with Charity and were shown around the house we knew we had made the right choice. Everything in the right place with so many kitchen amenities and stocked with so many staples. The hot tub, game room, dock and location were exactly what we needed. This is a must stay place. We are already planning a vacation here for next year.
