Service sucks they will have you waiting for ever and then they as extra charges on and blame it on the the insurance company then they don’t back the work they have done for your vehicle. They say the cover all work but they don’t.
The best in north east Ohio period!
I truly wish I lived closer to this shop and they did mechanical work because I have never found a more honest staff - The office was so clean, welcoming, and Valerie offered me the best customer service during my wait. Took my car to get the frame checked because of some other non-collision related issues. It ended being fine on the measurements, meaning I had to take my car to my home dealership because of some specific parts that needed inspection.
