Professionally Completed the service on my vehicle that the Ford Dealership in Aurora was unable to do.
Rude and unprofessional people. The worst place you can leave your car at! Administration sucks and no one cares about the customers at all. They don't communicate, and don't even answer the phones. They didn't submit an estimate to the insurance company and then didn't release the car. The insurance pays them, but they cannot find the proof. They tell me the car is ready3 times and each time I call to pick up they say it'll be ready tomorrow! I am surprised how these guys are running a business.
My truck suffered horrendous hail damage from a storm. I thought it was going to be a total loss. Solon Collision repaired everything to absolute perfection. They took a white truck that resembled a golf ball and made it perfect again. Thank you for a job beyond well done.
Solon Collision did an amazing job with my truck. It looks better than when it went in. The body technician did unbelievable work.
