Called to sched appt for nail trim and dental consult w/Dr. Sat in waiting room while they trimmed my dogs nails. When finished the assistant brought dog back to me with a quote for dental work. I said: doesn’t the Dr have to examine my dog 1st before he gives me a quote. She said: Oh, he already did and hands me a piece of paper showing 4-6 possible extractions. I said, I have questions.
