I saw a post on Facebook recently by Angel and had no idea this place was even here or what they do. I needed some equipment and this is now my go-to place from now on. Angel was very helpful is getting me setup with everything that I needed. I wasn't really sure what i was doing. She explained equipment requirements and got me out the door in no time. Lots of selections with very supportive staff. Wish I could give more than 5 stars. My issue is quantity of stock...many times I've visited for a item, only carry to see that you one or two items that most harware stores stock hundreds of. An example would be caulking and spary paint.
I have been in the store during a few situations and have witnessed the rudest customers (probably ones leaving bad reviews) where they expect all of the staff to stop what they are doing (helping other customers) to cater to them alone. These rude people take the rental equipment for hours or days, bring it back in horrible shape, not full of gas, don't want to pull around back where it has to be dropped off and then demand refunds after being late. I was in there to rent a drain auger. All of the equipment they had was broken and they didnt have the correct tips. The guy showed me a bucket of broken misc.bits. I didnt rent the auger because none of them where in service. I gave them the benifit of the doubt and reserved a manlift for the following weekend, which was not working and could have saved me the trip by calling or telling me when I was there. I was in recently and had never been in your store before. I was assisted by Angel and she very friendly and helpful with everything I was looking for. I had no idea you sold Stihl. Angel was discussing the farm boss chainsaw with me and didn't push hard to sell me something I didn't need. I didn't feel pressured and I'll definitely be back. I walk into Ace and gwt ignored. I got the best customer here and this is my new go-to place. Thanks Angel
