I used this facility for a couple of years and the customer service is top notch! Highly recommended
You know up until now I would have given this location 5 stars. But not today. I vacated the storage unit that I considered both a necessity and a luxury. I along with many have been impacted by the COVID pandemic and this is a luxury I have to forgo. I had to give up my unit. I vacated leaving a couple of boxes and a container behind because it just would not fit in my vehicle. I spoke with Isaiah to apologize that I wasn't being disrespectful in leaving the boxes there that I intend to return to clean it. Well he informed ... read more
Had a smaller unit that apparently was leaking. I had a shoulder problem and could not lift so, managment said they would take care of it and said they would move my items to a larger dryer unit. They checked all of my things for water damage and stored my items carefully. I am very grateful for the excellent customer service they provided. Kudos to the employees for compassionate action and great customer service.
