Consistently unresponsive and hard to reach unless you're the job they're focusing on. Calls and texts go unanswered for weeks if ever returned. If/when the work gets done, it's pretty good. Seems like they overload themselves, and the smaller the job the less of a priority you become. Finally got around to us two months after the scheduled date - part of that was a rainy spring, but the rest was explained away as "emergency" customers. He talks a good game. He came to do an estimate. Told me he would pull permit in Shaker Monday. He would send me an estimate on Sunday at the latest. Never heard from him again. If my driveway job is too small just tell me so. Unresponsive!!
Solomon's Sealcoat & Asphalt Service did a FANTASTIC job on my driveway. The manager and his crew were professional, prompt, neat, quiet, and thorough. Solomon was present throughout the project and returned several times during the two-day process in order to assure weather conditions did not hamper the curing. It looks like a new driveway, with clean sharp edges and a smooth dark surface. A job well done for a reasonable price.
