Skip it – Not the best experience just no real wow factor food was bland though large. I would skip this place if you are looking for authentic flavorful food.

Wonderful!!! – My husband and I absolutely love this little place! It's the perfect lunch spot! The food is fantastic, the service is fast and friendly and it's never disappointing! The atmosphere is pretty typical for a lunch diner style... it's not quiet but friendly! Wonderful place!

Great service & atmosphere, but lousy, unauthentic food – I drive by the restaurant plaza frequently, and decided one day, with my family in the car, to stop for a nice dinner. The ambiance is inviting, and everyone--from greeter to hostess, waitress to owner--were very friendly and accommodating. Service was also excellent. The food is another matter. We lived in Atlanta in the 90's and came to love the tasty and authentic mediterranean restaurants; smoky and creamy babaganoush, lemony hummus with olive oil and paprika, kef... read more

GREAT Food, GREAT People – Solomon's is the kind of place you just keep coming back to. The food is excellent, the owner/chef and his wife treat you like family, and you don't have to wait 30 minutes for the "buzzer" to go off to get a table. Some of the menu items are middle eastern. Although I see many people ordering those selections and "licking the plate", I tend to go for the Italian and American fare. The Chicken Florentine is a winner as is the Grilled Salmon (my favorite). My wife is addicted to the Crabcakes ( just... read more

Baba ghanoush meets Maryland-style crab cakes at this eclectic neighborhood restaurant. – In Short Located in a strip mall just off busy Capital Boulevard, Solomon's offers a relaxing atmosphere with a heavy Middle Eastern flavor. Those less enamored with chickpeas and grape leaves will still find plenty to choose from, including Italian classics like chicken alfredo and shrimp scampi--even the odd choice of jambalaya and crab cakes. Finish up with Turkish coffee and baklava or a refreshing gelato for those scorching summer ... read more

Wonderful – My boyfriend and I recently experienced Solomon's for the first time. It was way better than we expected. The service was great. The food is fantastic. The chef made his way around the dining room to see how everyone was enjoying their meals. After speaking with him briefly it is obvious is a perfectionist and it shows in his cuisine. The mango gelato is worth trying.

Wow'd by Solomon's – I've been to Solomon's a few times for lunch, but happened to be on Capital Blvd during the evening last week. My boyfriend and I stopped at Solomon's to check out the dinner menu and we were blown over by the whole experience. Even though we came in only 15 minutes before they closed (we were unaware they closed at 9), the staff warmly welcomed us and served us an amazing dinner. This place is definitely a gem.

best kept secret – The food is exceptional and mostly made fresh to order. The atmosphere is nice and quiet. The owner and his wife are exceptionally nice folk. If you want to go somewere where people are friendly and you get "chef" quality food then this is the place to go...... They have started lunch specials as well.....
