After having an amazing experience having vinyl planks done throughout our home by Solomons Toowoomba, we thought it was time to upgrade carpet in our bedroom. I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Solomon’s Carpet & Flooring Toowoomba. In December 2025, they installed carpet in my home. The job required disassembling my children’s bunk bed and then reassembling it after the carpet was installed. This service was quoted at an additional cost. Prior to installation, I called to confirm the timeframe, as the estimate they provided did not seem realistic given the work involved. Solomon carpert did timber flooring and carperts at my place. I found a little defact on one of the planks after 6 months of installation. I contacted Mel, and she arranged the installation guy within a week to fix that up. This is called service and i am very happy with that. Best in Town.
A big thank you to Roz and the team. Amazing service and quality but it was the outstanding "care factor" that got my attention !! This was my first experience with Solomons but it won't be the last. If you're upgrading or building a new home then Solomons Flooring go the extra yard for you. Experience counts and Roz has been successful for a very long time.
