Rude staff, more expensive than everyone else in the complex, only limited range in colours of flooring, went couple of doors down and spent my money there
Please be aware when purchasing any vinyl planks from Solomons at Gepps Cross, after a couple of years my flooring has turned a mouldy blue in colour by the windows. After a number of calls & emails to only get told that sorry the manufacturer says it's not under warranty if it's where light gets in & i should have my blinds closed to prevent discolouration. Worst experience I've ever had with flooring installation !!!!!! We entered the store and picked our carpet. We asked Rob how long until we could get it installed. He said he could fast-track it and finish it in about 2 weeks. So we paid the deposit to secure our carpet and installation time. We were told we would receive a message to confirm the dates. 4 days later I called and spoke to Linda she said she hadn't had the order go through her desk and proceeded to look for it and found it on some other desk or inbox. Blinds, hybrid flooring, and carpet installation. In store, Maria was amazing and Linda was great too, a few hiccups along the way, but the communication quickly smoothed over any issues. Blinds were installed very quickly and I really like the filtering blinds for the front of the house. Left a small mess with the masonry dust, but otherwise very pleased.
