Delivery driver’s apparent questionable logic led to customer inconvenience. Instead of listening with intention of resolving a problem involving failure to deliver, the Solomans Transport Kilmore depot manager exploded into base rudeness on the phone.
Driver was great, told me what what to do in future for express orders and what days he is in the area. Great customer service
