In June of 2021 my current payment plan for a student loan that was in collections ended. They never sent me information abt renewal of the payment plan and I assumed that was bc of Bidens new relief plan. I was wrong. Instead, what the collection agency (ie a loan shark by name of Solomon and Solomon) sent me was a court summons. They were suing me for nonpayment without any prior notice.
