I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this clinic. My appointment was scheduled for 1:00 p.m. I arrived 10 minutes early, completed and returned the three papers I was given before 1:00, and then sat down to wait. By 1:20 p.m., no one had called me, and no one informed me that they were running behind. After waiting with no communication at all, I decided to leave and walked to my car.
