I used Solomon Electric several years ago when I moved to Montgomery County. I found that they did good work and were very professional. That was then! Now my experience with Solomon was anything but professional. I had a Ground Fault Interrupter Plug go bad in my kitchen. That one plug knocked out every outlet in my kitchen. I called Solomon and told them that I had no outlets in my kitchen and asked if they could to my house and fix the plug. I contacted Solomon electrical on January 8th. Phillip Solomon Sr. came out and diagnosed my two fans on Jan. 14th. He ordered the necessary parts and told me it would take 5-10 business days. This did not happen. During the next 2.5 months he never once called, emailed, texted (any form of reaching out to communicate) me with a status update. The only way he still knew I even existed was because I had to reach out to him at least once a week to hear the newest excuse for why the parts still weren’t in his possession. Long ... read more
