Jacqui was very helpful with the admin side; quick response and immediately referred to me to Kevin who i spoke to over the phone. Kevin with his expertise; recommended me a good money for value mid ranged battery (FoxESS) to install over my existing solar panels and as of now, the battery blends in well.
