After reading all the horrible reviews I was terrified to call them. But I called, wait time was nothing. I spoke with a very wonderful young lady named Victoria. She answered all my questions. Explained everything to me.
They only keep old accounts and do not update them so the remaining debt stays unsatisfactory.
I have never written a review before but felt the need here. This is by far the worst, most unprofessional practice I’ve ever encountered. Same old miserable lady answers the phone and you get nowhere. No names or points of contact and they never reached out to my management company. It’s sad how people like this have jobs
IMPOSSIBLE to get ahold of. Consistently sitting on hold with a prompt saying "your call is very important to us" every 5 seconds. Maddening
