By far the WORST company I have ever dealt with! Their records are consistently disorganized, and it genuinely feels intentional. Rather than properly addressing account discrepancies or working with individuals who are actively trying to establish payment arrangements, they continue pursuing wage garnishments to collect money. The absolute WORSE ! They can never tell me the correct balance from the previous complex . They add all type of scam charges. Payment plans don’t matter they still go through your employer for garnishment . No one ever answers the phone and when they do you’re on hold forever . Then when they do answer the old lady never knows anything and cannot give accurate information:. Have a lovely recording of the front desk Operator called Patricia calling me a name because she got flustered trying to type on the computer. They then refuse to let you talk to the practice manager. Recorded the whole conversation lol

This company is awful. I spoke with a lady over the phone about a collection from Christpher Crossing Apartment. Firstly, the information that she gave me didn't match the information on the Virginia Court System website. She claimed i owed 1700 for the appartment and 6000 for two months rent. Complet bogus. Hiring a lawyer and also filing a complaint with the SCC.

I'm currently dealing with a sheriff's lockout that I should be dealing with. I paid all money owed and the next month 's rent on time. Somehow a writ was filed 22 days after I satisfied the balance. I don't like to be the customer that calls day to day but it isn't helpful that the property manager says that my account is satisfied then I get conflicting documents saying otherwise.
