This company is awful. I spoke with a lady over the phone about a collection from Christpher Crossing Apartment. Firstly, the information that she gave me didn't match the information on the Virginia Court System website. She claimed i owed 1700 for the appartment and 6000 for two months rent. Complet bogus. Hiring a lawyer and also filing a complaint with the SCC.
I'm currently dealing with a sheriff's lockout that I should be dealing with. I paid all money owed and the next month 's rent on time. Somehow a writ was filed 22 days after I satisfied the balance. I don't like to be the customer that calls day to day but it isn't helpful that the property manager says that my account is satisfied then I get conflicting documents saying otherwise.

If I could choose to leave no stars I would’ve preferred to do that. I tried to give the benefit of the doubt after reading other reviews. I’m glad I experienced what I experienced today because tomorrow I would have given my deposit to hold the property. Teresa tried to pressure me as she mentioned several times that other ppl were inquiring and that she could’ve moved some in yesterday.
