Staff is EXTREMELY RUDE and unprofessional!! You are unable to leave a voicemail and have to keep calling and calling. Attempted to call to set up arrangements on a medical bill. They did not have the information and because I didn't call back when they wanted me to call back then I get a GARNISHMENT on my wages! Told me you need to keep calling.
