Soloco Tires really let me down. I called ahead and specifically asked for 4 brand new matching tires for a new car. That’s not complicated. When I showed up and the job was done, I found out they had put 4 different tires on the car. Not the same brand, not the same model — just whatever they had. That’s not what I ordered and it’s not acceptable, especially on a new car. I I was sold a bad used tire from this man who’s the owner of this ripoff establishment 2 weeks ago. I was driving on 495 this afternoon when I heard my tire blow. Luckily I was coming up on the exit bad it back to work safely and did not have an accident. When I called and spoke to the man in the picture he told he I ran over something (a nail) in the road.
