I had a flat tire on one of my vehicles. I took the wheel off and shopped around for the replacement. I found it in Fairfax, Virginia, but it was too late in the day for them to mount it. I took it to Soloco in Oxon Hill because they stay open until 7:30PM. They fixed it in less than 10 minutes. They are "life savers" who keep you from having to wait until tomorrow during your emergency.

Soloco Tires really let me down. I called ahead and specifically asked for 4 brand new matching tires for a new car. That’s not complicated. When I showed up and the job was done, I found out they had put 4 different tires on the car. Not the same brand, not the same model — just whatever they had. That’s not what I ordered and it’s not acceptable, especially on a new car.
