Recent horrible property managers replaced a welcoming one. The current property managers are up having drunken fights at all times of the night. I considered calling the police before moving out as I was concerned the woman was being beaten to death. They do not respond to their email and do not care about their job. I was lied to by them that I there were no issues with the apartment when moving out. I should have gotten it in writing as they took almost my whole security deposit for these "cleaning issues". 5 people clean... read more
A good company through and through. Great communication. Always quick to sort out maintenance issues and will keep you apprised of the situation. They were willing to work with me to restructure my lease to a quasi-month to month and were very understanding of my personal situation. Highly recommend! A very pleasant experience.
