I had an extremely disappointing experience with this company. Upon arrival to make a delivery, the staff was unnecessarily rude and had a aggresive tone. They claimed an appointment was required, yet still accepted the load—proving that no appointment was actually necessary. Despite this, they made me wait for over four hours, wasting an entire day with no valid reason. The lack of clear communication, courtesy, and respect for drivers' time is unacceptable. It's only a place to work. If you can't pass a drug test or don't have the courage to stand up for yourself, there's no promotion. There's no 401k and the supervisor is a narcissist that will smile at your face and accuse you of lying to him when you're being truthful because you're going off of the work cruise lead. They have a current root crew leader at night shift that doesn't care about his job and is misleading the subordinates under him which creates a domino effect so that the boss above him is yelling at me.
