It doesn't matter when I go Bella is ALWAYS personable. She is kind and tries to be as gentle as she can be. 10/10 would recommend!!!
Very sweet lady! I believe I came in on a Wednesday, and they had a Brazilian wax special, which was a nice surprise. I was in and out pretty quickly, but she was still very attentive and precise with my wax—nothing felt rushed. As soon as I walked in, the place felt clean, well-kept, and welcoming, which I definitely appreciate when getting a wax 😂. She made the whole experience comfortable and was super sweet throughout. I’d definitely come back if I’m ever in the area again!
Today was my very first time going there let alone getting a wax and I was super nervous and I expressed that when I first walked in but I was greeted and I was talked through the process and whatever fear I had beforehand went away. I pass this place on a regular basis on my way home but today I decided to actually go in and I'm glad that I did because my experience wasn't bad at all.
