I can’t even begin to say how amazing this harness system is!! It has absolutely revolutionized our care and we have so much fun In it every day. I did a lot of research before settling with solo step and their entire team was AMAZING. Patients love it and every day we have more and more fun. Just today I got a woman who had never been on a treadmill in over 70 years to walk for 200 steps. If you are debating at all, go with solo step!!
Sales process was streamlined and straightforward. The installation worked around our schedule and was clean and orderly. Very impressed with the process and excited to add it to our practice in Worcester, MA.
We love having the solo-step in our Nursing Home/ALF/ILF. The crew was wonderful in working with us to find the right spot to install for it to be easily accessed and also easily worked around when we don’t necessarily need it for other patients. From start to finish, the experience was friendly and efficient. The crew that did the installation were very helpful and cognizant to work around our busy clinic schedule to minimize patient impact. The system is easy to use and has helped patients of many different ages return to walking fast!
I have been using Solo Step for the Overhead Harness System for over 2 years. They are installing another system in a second clinic this spring. They are extremely easy to work with, coordinate directly with GCs and make sure deadlines are met. I will continue to use them for future projects!
