Unethical business practices at this location good thing U-Haul stands behind their customers!!!! Watch your bills for incorrect information and make sure they don’t try sneaking fees in days later! U-Haul provided me a refund but definitely would spend extra money to not use this location! And the employee bold faced lied right to me about the charges and policy and threatened me as I was leaving ! Wish I could give zero stars I’m sure I’ll get a snarky reply as well ……

We rented a 15 foot truck to pick up furniture I had purchased on Facebook Marketplace. Two weeks later we rented a 26 foot truck to move to my new residence. We had the truck for 2 days and got a really good price of $168.00. Personal at Solo are very professional and good people. Ten stars!
Served my purpose. Spoke with the Owner once, he is just clearly the type of person who wants to run a business without the games. I thought the price was fair and I found the process easy, understandable and practical. Had no issues nor was I bothered. Will rent again when/if in Port Huron.
