Char did such an amazing job on my hair extensions and color! From the time of my consultation to my install appointment she was very thorough and made sure all my questions were answered. We went with her recommendation of sew in and k tips and I could not be happier. So happy to finally have a hair girl in Chicago! Salon is beautiful as well.
Underwhelming experience as a first time client. Front desk was kind and welcoming, although they don’t offer anything to drink upon arrival; water, coffee etc. seemed strange for a modern salon. I arrived 5 minutes before my appointment start time, waited close to 15 minutes after my appointment start time because my hair dresser was getting tinsels added to her hair… what a horrible first impression. Leah’s spray tans are unmatched. Something about her formula works so well with my skin. I plan to come see her for special events or anytime I’m feeling ugly and sad ☺️
