Have called and left at least 3 voicemails since May long weekend to see if you can fix a water line in my fifth wheel. Plus have sent a message through your Facebook page. Still no response from you so I have found someone else to help me. At least you could have called to say you are busy and try to give me a date that you can come look at my unit. Kind of disappointing considering that I had numerous people I know say to call you as you provide great service.
I called for a quote for the installation of an awning that I had purchased and was told "I won't do that, I only install parts I supply". My assumption is the 10-15 percent markup on parts is more important to him then building a business on craftsmanship. Not a good vibe. Unfortunately for him, there is other work I also needed done, which I would have rolled in, thaT parts were not previously purchased for. Missed out on a darn good money maker. Had a great experience with Glen from Solo RV, took care of issues with the trailer, got all the things done and was a pleasure to deal with, pricing was fair as well
