Absolutely disgusting they way they treat their customers, rarely leave a bad review but a deplorable company, no moral compass, should be ashamed, avoid them at all costs
Very nice people and drivers are very kind
If you want to know how not to conduct customer service, try calling Solo call centre and you’ll be treated to a Masterclass. It’s almost funny how rude and unhelpful they are. Bins often missed or left all over the road after collection blocking parking spaces.
Shambles of a company. They have ‘some’ drivers who should not be in a service role. Driver today drops bin across path & drives off. No way he doesn’t see or hear it, as his window is open. I caught up with him to advise him & he implied I was the dumb one. Oh the irony. Not only can’t he put bins down correctly, he’s ignorant, lazy & rude.
