it's pretty good, I haven't had this style of soup before so I can't say if it's authentic or not. I thought it was alright, I can see it becoming a once a month craving. Can't decrease spice level but can add very easily, the default spice level is around mapo tofu I think, or eating like 2 jalape�os for reference. I got the Beef rice noodle. the beef could be more tender, it's kinda chewy. It's very filling with big portions. I don't usually like cilantro but here it was good and helped cut through the oil.
