WOW is all I can say. I called on a Sunday afternoon because my RV fridge went out he was here in 10 min and had it fixed in the same amount of time. What a wonderful tech! I'm full time living in the 5th wheel and will use him again !
Rerolled my awning. What was really cool was when he rearranged my fuses after checking them (incorrectly). Troubleshot that on my own becuase surely wasn't going to call them to help. $220 to reroll an awning after using my tools and my help.
We had a water leak in our 5th wheel he came out tore the kitchen apart and the hot water tank we paid him he was supposed to come back out yesterday and now he won’t answer my calls or text and I just want what he tore apart put back together but he will not respond at all
These guys Rock!! Hit a blown out tire off an 18whlr, took out the plumbing hook ups underneath our trailer. Eeeek!! Found "Solo" online and rang em up. "Oh no...we can fix that" Scott sent out his man Shane to repair our rig. Professional talented and extremely nice. Had our repair fixed in no time and a small emergency fix bill was more than satisfying after that nightmare. Really for what they did when they did it, I still think we got a smokin deal. My DC to DC charger was not working while I was driving my van. Apparently when my ANL fuse blew it also flipped the breaker for the charger. Scott was able to determine the problem within 30 minutes and I was on the road. Thanks, Scott!
