Let me tell you, when they say ‘we got you’ they really do. I had scheduled my car detailing for Wednesday, but go word that I was going to need to leave town Tuesday after work due to a family emergency. I sent a late night email on Monday explaining that I needed to leave sooner and if they could detail it the next morning. Shockingly I heard right back and they told me ‘they got me’.
