My car broke down and Jay from Solo Mobile was quick to respond and headed over to my house to get my car repaired all within the same day. Come to find out, it was the same repairs I had only 2.5 months back where I was charged more than double. Jay was honest and fair with the price. And made sure my car was up and running.. even when it started to rain. I will most certainly call him up for all future issues I may have on my vehicles. Highly recommend. Thank you!!
Timely service and no BS prices
For 3 days this man would say he would be here to do a repair at a certain time and never showed up. He didn’t even have the professionalism to call and say he couldn’t show, I would message him hours past the time he gave us and then he would make an excuse why he could not show up end reschedule. On final day (today) he didn’t show up and wouldn’t respond to a call or text asking if he was still coming hours after he was already supposed to be here. Would never in my life recommend this man! Jay is absolutely amazing! He came to my house because I was worried about driving my truck. He did the repair and was great to joke around with and talk with while he did it!! The price was great also! He’s the most knowledgeable and honest mechanic that I’ve ever met, and I’ll definitely be using his service for anything else that I need done! I highly recommend you give him a call!!
