If I can choose, I won’t even give this place a single star - so no star at all! The service sucks, never met any sales people in life who has no facial expression, so don’t imagine a welcome or a smile! Arrogant staff!!! No wonder the storefront gets smaller and smaller! Don’t go there!!!

Be aware; terrible customer service. Worst experience ever; everyone is a liar. I received my microwave and I was unaware that the delivery people were supposed to open it in front of me. Two people placed it down for me and brought in the rest of my appliances. A week later I opened the microwave and I saw there was a dent in it , clearly from a high impact fall. The delivery guys helped me put a big refrigerator on the third floor carefully and take away the old one for me, it is a 400lbs refrigerator not a piece of cake, I think they deserve praise. For sales staff who recommended this refrigerator to me, I cannot give any reviews now because I just started using it, all I can say is so far so good. I may buy from them again, let's see how things are going later on.

Bought many appliances from this store, they always give the best price and they have knowledgeable sales people who know appliances well. Never had any problem with customer service either.
