This husband and wife owned salon is terrible. They just don't care if you are unhappy with the service. I went to Johhny for color and cut. I showed him a pic of the color/ highlights I was looking for. I have a regular colorist who injured herself so all he had to do was get the hair growth close to where it was and tone it so everything blended. I warned him that my hair tends to come out red since I was born with fire engine red hair, but I want neutral ash blonde.....again I had a pic. I would up with a strawberry ... read more
