The staff are all very nice and friendly. However, I’ve found them to be a bit pushy with recommending some of their services. After sharing this feedback, the office was receptive and open to the concern, which I appreciate. I just hope the recommendations can be toned down going forward.
Have been going to Dr Deheshi for 5 years for everything from crowns to bonding to simple fillings. Dental work is outstanding, and Dr Deheshi made a point of making sure that freezing works perfectly for me (as someone who has struggled with this before, this is a breath of fresh air). Service is also outstanding, from insurance support to booking times.
The staff are all very nice and friendly. However, I’ve found the repeated recommendations for nightguards (for both myself and my wife, on nearly every visit), even after declining multiple times, to be a bit excessive. It gives the impression that this may be a high-margin service being pushed more than necessary, and at times it feels more like dealing with salespeople than healthcare providers. I just wish they would tone down the recommendations.
Dr. Deheshi and all of the staff here are great, they always make me feel at ease. The masseter Botox treatments have helped immensely with my tension headaches. I am not a big fan of needles, but the procedure is easily manageable and painless
