Took about 2 hours. Took me in early. Annoying that you have to drop and drive across the lot to the shipping office and back out onto the street until your trailer is ready.
Pretty slow loading was there about 4 hours loading not sure about unloading you have to drop your trailer and bobtail outside and wait for a call
My appointment was at 9 I made it checked in drop my Trl at dock by 9:50. 11:00 my Trl was ready and the lady at check in was really nice
Very rude at the gate. She was snappy about every little thing and didnt give much detail on where to go or anything. This company needs to look at their workers and retrain them on how to do their job and how manners work!!!
