I received one of their ipad cases as a prize (work event) and was super disappointed to find that the item was defective (the case was misshaped so it didn't fit. Janea Jarrel (Customer Experience Representative) said there was nothing she could do. I asked if I could be connected with a supervisor and she replied "I am the supervisor". It felt like a brushoff (since her title doesn't match her supervisor status) and it was just a disappointing experience. I would strongly advise anyone spend their money elsewhere.
Great product - I have a Solo soft side computer bag which has a ton of storage - can be hand carried, shoulder carried, get this - even carried like a backpack! Handy on a long walk thru DFW with no carry on to roll along. It’s my portable office at times and carries everything I need except a desk.
