Terrible product and customer service. Cost our office a lot of money, stay away from them.
Remarkably poor follow up by this company's customer service. It's also ridiculous to have to be transferred no less than four times just to follow up on an order. What's more ridiculous is that the account number and order number yields nothing. Disorganized.

Apparently even though the vacuum remains on, at least 5 times, it still splattered & spewed this nasty stuff all over the walls, floor & me!!! Absolutely disgusting!!!
BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!! They will advise you incorrectly and not take accountability for poor employee training. You will have to call multiple times to cancel auto ship. Then when you try to return the product they will state that they advised you wrong and you sent it to recycle so you will not be getting a refund. They will do nothing to correct their mistakes except tell you tough! I highly recommend buying your separators from anyone but this company!
