They did not honor a written quote. They do not care about small contractors. I won a project with their quote and when I placed my order, within the 30 day window they applied, I was told a large order came in and took it all. Now I have to go pound sand. Completely disappointing. I will petition to spec them out of all my future projects. But of course, they will not feel it because I am small potatoes.
