Not a fan of insects or mice where I sleep. “In the CBC story, several tenants complained about plumbing problems, repairs that hadn't been carried out by the owners, Toronto-based Solmor Builders Ltd., for weeks at a time, as well as ongoing battles with mice and insects.”
Brilliant developers. Love their High-rises and two sisters wine!
Never purchase or rent from Solmar. The builder installs the cheapest material and has subpar installers who do not complete and provide quality instalaltion. Worst off they have a terrible property management team- with rude staff, subpar general maintenance in building. The only time they respond is when you threaten to call Tarion Warranty.
Contractors DO NOT TRUST this company, they have a few companies for the same guy. BE VERY CAREFUL when doing any kind of work with them. They abuse of small business.
