Unacceptable and, in my view, highly questionable practice policy. Only a few weeks earlier, I had a complete dental examination in Switzerland, including recent and clear X-rays with no findings. For February, I booked only a dental cleaning at Solly Family Dentistry. Despite this, the practice insisted on a mandatory new examination and new X-rays — at additional cost, stating that foreign X-rays are categorically not accepted. Excellent care. Real time and care shown by all. The professional staff take time to get to know you. The administration staff get to know you by name. They will rearrange your appointments to meet your needs. Insurance coverage is immediate. This provides you with immediate response. At 77 I know dental surgery. Hands down the best dental team I’ve ever dealt with. From the front desk to the hygienists and dentists, everyone is friendly and relaxed. The whole place just has a good vibe. The staff seem genuinely happy, and it really makes the experience better as a patient.
I recommend this place to anyone what is so important is there bed side manners and they were even higher than my expectations made me feel great my worries were gone I had 2 teeth pulled by dr Joel he was fantastic he did an amazing job and the assistant krysta is my absolute favourite she's amazing at her job and making me feel like a person they really helped me through it this is the only dentist I will ever go too and amazing girls at the front desk too I loved talking to them everyone there is so welcoming and the plac... read more
