This place is a joke. Caught the counselor charging my husband for times he wasn’t even showing up and they have the nerve to still try to tell my husband he still owes them money. Never even provided him with a new counselor. Both my husband and I have reached out and get no where. Absolute joke of a place. Can’t even get them to reach back out. They don’t answer the phones. Sent me a bill for an appointment I never had, they have not answered over 10 phone calls and 2 emails for over a week now. When I called the office they sent an email on my behalf which has also not been answered, but the office says they don’t handle payments and can’t see any information. Unfortunately this practice thinks they can steal from people who don’t have insurance and nothing will be done. My therapist and I agreed on a cash rate roughly 8 months ago, but the billing department has been charging my insurance the regular rate for roughly a year now. They are charging insurance that isn’t mine, and sending me the bill for hundreds of dollars, AFTER I pay my therapist in cash. All my calls for the past year have been ignored. No returned calls from the billing department. Calling the main office leads to a voicemail, and no returned calls.
