My wife had been going to these people for years. Seening Katie every two weeks like clockwork, nothing was happening. I started to press for a diagnosis and that's when their true character came out. Backing me up on missing paper work snafus and insurance issues. All things were dealt with but lost. Finally we got to talk with somebody, who collected information and I figured things were beginning to move. Boy was I wrong! Very uncomfortable and claustrophobic office. They originally paired my family member with a female therapist; then, it took two more weeks to get a male therapist who referred them to a different therapist. The offices are too small and the counselors are not empathetic at all

I was assigned to a counselor who quit an hour before my second appointment. I reached out to the office to request a new counselor. It has been 3 weeks since I contacted the office and I have not heard back from them and have not been assigned to a new counselor. The office is extremely slow at responding. I would not recommend this place due to their slowness and seemingly lack of concern about their patients.

This is a great company. I regularly refer my clients to Sollars. Caliber Autism & Pediatric Therapy thanks Sollars and Associates for providing excellent service. Shelly the owner and Zeke from the Autism testing department are very professional and nice

I’d never go here. The therapist I saw treated me without a license then fraudulently made thousands of $$ worth of claims to my insurance. Office did nothing for me. I got a letter stating a check was enclosed for the $26000 the therapist charged but I’ve never received a check. Called and emailed numerous times without response. This place is going to get sued.
