I inquired about ADHD testing for myself in May of 2021. I had an initial intake consultation by phone with Erika which lasted about an hour or so. I paid my $30 copay via PayPal. And then I just never heard back from them to continue the process of ADHD testing. I would call periodically to see what was going on and they told me they were waiting for my insurance before they could proceed. My experience with my therapist was great however Sollars couldn't get the Medicare and supplement insurance coordinated properly. Very shabby billing practices.
We had Sollars do ADHD testing on our son this summer, and the person performing the test was super, but it's been 5 months, and they have yet to send us the results. Every time I call they say that they are waiting for payment from the insurance company before they can release the diagnosis (Company Policy), but I've talked to the insurance company, and they said they paid, then they told me how much they were charged, what the contractual discount was, what the allowed amount was (which after some research is within $5 of ... read more
