I am so grateful for finding Irene today. I frequently receive massages both where I live and when I travel. It is with great enthusiasm that I am writing this review as Irene is a remarkable and gifted massage therapist. I had a 60 minute massage and hands-down it is one of the best massages that I’ve ever had. Irene, the owner of Solla Therapy is an amazing massage therapist! I first starting seeing her over 2 years ago and I get a monthly massage. She's over 30 minutes away from me and seeing her is always worth the trip! She's the only massage therapist I've ever gone to who consistently gives me suggestions/tips, exercises, helpful online links and etc to help improve my body. She cares about my health. I've been getting regular massages for over 25 years and there is no one like her! I'm so thankful I found her!
I absolutely loved my massage from Irene. She has a deep knowledge of kinesiology and relieved a ton of pain I was having. If you are looking for a massage therapist, specifically with a focus on the therapy aspect, she is an ideal practitioner. Irene is also a certified personal trainer so she coached me on how I could work to prevent problems with my muscles in the future. I learned so much in just one session. I could not recommend her more highly to my friends and family. I look forward to more sessions with Irene.
